Very many thanks to those who have made a booking for the 15 September 10 BOOST Event, the event is almost fully booked so please let me know asap if you wish to book a table. Subject to the weather, tables will also be placed outside to help increase footfall to the event. The event times are; 08.30.a.m. set-up, open to the public from 0900-12.30.p.m close down and away by 12.45 p.m latest.
The BOOST Dates have been added to the Gosport Diary of Events, are in The News-Listings What's On page, and also announced on Radio Solent, Wave 105 and The Quay 107. Many of you have also booked for The Lee Festival 2010 - Theme is activity. Bring your own table at no cost, but any donation to the Lee Festival Fund would be much appreciated. The briefing meeting details for the Lee Festival, that will be held on the 7th August 2010 will be forwarded shortly.
Publicity for the September event will be in the Lee Advertiser, Big Voice, For-get-me-not, on the LoSRA Website and Posters displayed in Lee Shops, GTIC and Libraries in Gosport and Lee.
A POSTER, Windows version, for the event on the 15 September 2010 will be sent out at the end of August, if you are able to print a copy and display it, in your business premises or locally for me, I would be very grateful.
Two 6 x 3ft Banners will be on display, on the day, outside of the Methodist Church Hall.in Lee High Street.
