New Gosport Book

- There is a new book which charts the history of the water supplies to Gosport from the 1880s through to the present day. The book, which has been written by Mike Hedges and Andy Neve, incorporates much of the work covered in the book written by David Halton Thomson in 1957. What Mike and I have done is to cover the work of the Company over the last fifty years as well as the history of many other organisations which we have taken over in the last fifty years; one of them was the Fareham Water Undertaking in 1959.
