Haslar March - 4th March 2007

I did go to the High Street outside the Town Hall for 11:30am, but did not go round. They say there were 2,000, I have no idea how you count the numbers there, but the High Street was quite full, especially as it was tipping down. The numbers who turned up could have been higher as I noticed that a n umber were there at the beginning but left at the beginning of the walk round or at the end of the walk, also others joined at various points during the even.

Who knows if it will make any difference, but at least some point has been made. A lot of Gosport has gone over the last 50 years. Changes have to be made for changing times and populations, but we need to be sure these changes are being made for the best reasons. Ian
